Thin Air

Terms of Use

Last updated November 2, 2026

By using Thin Air you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

What Thin Air is

Thin Air is a self-tracking tool. It counts the puffs you log and shows a daily limit that decreases on a schedule you choose. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a nicotine replacement program. Talk to a doctor or a licensed cessation service about quitting nicotine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.

Purchases

Counting is free. The tapering plan is free for 7 days from when you choose to start it, then requires a one-time in-app purchase. The price is shown before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and follow their refund policies. You can restore the purchase on devices signed in to the same store account.

Your data

Your data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free or that it will help you quit. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the app.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use Thin Air.
